Conduct Online Assessment Effectively in Your School
Online assessments are only alternatives to evaluate the students learning in this pandemic situation. To run smooth and fare evaluation of students learning schools can utilize different social networking tool and same traditional evaluation system which is pen pencil test. But here I would like to highlight some possible tools and techniques for online exam/ assessment.
1. Google Forms
Google form is one of the effective tools for students learning outcome. It can be used for different tests like regular objective achievement test, unit test, term test, huge audience survey and so on. Google forms can be shared to the multiple participants to collect responses in a single place. along with these benefits google form presents all the collected data with statistical presentation in response section. Not only for question answer but it also help to create multiple choice questions, drop down and file upload which really makes the evaluation effective and more reliable.

2. Google Docs
Google docs is one of the collaborative tool in which multiple participants can work together. It is easy fast and reliable tool for evaluation. Google docs automatically saves every letter you type instantly in your google drive so you don't have to worry about loosing your data while working. there are multiple features with google docs in which some important features included are voice typing, grammar and spelling type, translation and auto referencing for academic writing. The appearance of google docs is slide different from MS Word however the output are same in both and if you want to save file in your local device you can save as per your need and choice.
3 Padlet
Padlet is additional tool for your evaluation in which students can collaborate and share their views on different topics. The Padlet is different from google tool. However, it has also same function as you can share it with the link and multiple people can work together. The basic plan for padlet is free and you will get five padlet at a time. If wantto have more you can go for premium. However I recommend for basic as when a padlet is ready you can export it as a PDF or Image file after that you can replace the padlet with your new in your class room teaching. 4 Slido
Slido is a tool to ask and collect responses from multiple participants in your webinar. Multiple tool serves multiple functions. It has also QA section in which you can open floor for the participants. For more detail you can click here
